• Use small cone around eyes, lips, and nose, and use large cone for other areas
• On a clean face, apply a non-absorbable emollient on the skin such as oil or moisturiser
• Starting from the midline of the face radiate outwards
• Make smooth gliding movements in direction of lines as illustrated on the diagram
• Hold skin gently as cup glides in sensitive areas around eyes and mouth
• Do not drag cup back, lift off the face, and place on mid area to start again
