• Apply in the morning or night before day or night cream
• Clavicular hollows: Place the fingertips in the hollows of the collarbones and gently exert pressure. Press and release 3 times
• Eyes and forehead: place the base of palms over your eyes and eye contours, covering them and the forehead completely. Support the weight of head with hands, 10 seconds
• Cheekbones: open your hands slightly and place palms over cheekbones. Press and release 3 time, 10 seconds
