This promotional offer (“Promotion”) is granted by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) and is subject to the terms and conditions below. By participating in this Promotion, registering for events, or making qualifying purchases, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Promotional Period:
   1. September 1, 2026 until September 30, 2026 (both days inclusive).
2. Eligible Store(s): This Promotion is only valid for Eligible Transactions (defined below) made at the following stores during the Promotional Period:
   1. Valid at Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Harbour City, Lane Crawford Times Square, and online at www.lanecrawford.com.hk (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
3. General Eligibility & Registration:
   1. One registration per customer only. Each person can reserve only one time slot for events, experiences, services, or masterclasses, subject to availability.
   2. All events, event experiences, reservations, services, promotional offerings, and GWP Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while spaces and stocks last.
   3. Each successfully registered customer through Lane Crawford channels shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the booked event, experience, or service.
   4. To qualify for event activities, token collection, or GWP offers, customers may be required to register or sign in through Lane Crawford channels.
   5. Each successfully registered guest is encouraged to check in for the event early to secure limited event offerings, including door gifts, goodie bags, welcome gifts, event experiences, and services.
   6. All event experiences and services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis with limited quantities, while stocks last.
   7. Admission to the event and access to specific event experiences, services, or offerings are subject to venue capacity and safety limits at any given time. Registration secures entry priority but does not guarantee admission or immediate access if the venue reaches maximum capacity.
   8. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early, as entry, event experiences, and promotional offerings are available on a first-come, first-served basis while spaces and stocks last. Lane Crawford reserves the right to temporarily pause entry, restrict access to manage venue capacity safely, or reallocate event slots, experiences, and services to walk-in or waiting guests.
4. Gift with Purchase (GWP) Offers:
   1. The GWP offers are valid exclusively for qualifying purchases made on Beauty & Wellbeing during the promotional period at eligible stores.
   2. To qualify for Tier 1, customers must spend HK$2,500 or more in a single qualifying transaction to receive one Lane Crawford Lip Oil and a leather holder.
   3. To qualify for Tier 2, customers must spend HK$3,500 or more in a single qualifying transaction to receive the Lane Crawford Lip Oil, leather holder, plus an additional leather pouch and strap.
   4. Tier 2 customers will not receive duplicate Tier 1 Gifts unless otherwise stated by Lane Crawford.
   5. Each customer is entitled to participate in the promotion once per day and may redeem one set of the GWP Gifts only—either Tier 1 or Tier 2.
   6. Colour choices for the lip oil, leather holders, pouches, and straps are subject to in-store availability.
5. Cancellations & Changes:
   1. Customers who wish to cancel their booking for any event, experience, or service must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
   2. The event, experience, service, or offer details may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation in store without prior notice.
6. Restrictions & Usage:
   1. Events, experiences, services, gifts, and offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced or transferred.
   2. Resale or transfer of reservations, services, and promotional items is strictly prohibited.
   3. This Promotion may only be used for personal participation and purchases, and cannot be used for any commercial, resale, or promotional purposes unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing. Customers who violate this clause may be blacklisted and Lane Crawford reserves all rights to take legal action.
7. Governing Law & Disputes:
   1. Lane Crawford’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to this Promotion (available at www.lanecrawford.com.hk).
   2. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford, shall be final and binding.
   3. Other than related companies (including affiliates, subsidiaries, and companies held in common control) of Lane Crawford, a person who is not a contracting party to this purchase has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term hereof.
   4. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any dispute shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
